We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 30 days of receipt. Please see the item main listing for full details for any additional or special conditions regarding returns.

We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge and reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 20% handling charge for items that have been ordered in error.(If you chose the standard delivery free postage option inclusive; the price deducted will be in these cases are, £4.50)

Return carriage charges have to be at the buyer’s expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund.

All items are sold with a thirty-day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the items description on the main listing. Please note that heating elements, lamps, glassware, circuit boards, digital controllers, rubber seals and consumables are excluded from any warranty.

Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. We will not accept warranty claims for DIY fitting of components by none trained persons. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection.

Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to offer either a replacement part or a full refund for returned items.

Please contact us before returning any items, we always try to help customers with expert advice and support. 

We will usually dispatch within same working day if items are paid and processed before 14:00 UK time (excludes weekends and holidays).

STANDARD DELIVERY: FREE, (INCLUDED IN THE PRICE). IT MIGHT TAKE UPTO 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE PARCEL, BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED BY THE COURIERS AND MAY TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR ORDER SENT WITH A FASTER DELIVERY OPTION.IT USUALLY IS DELIVERED IN THE NEXT WORKING DAY. BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED BY THE COURIERS AND MAY TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

COLLECTION IN PERSON: YOU CAN COLLECT THE ITEM FROM OUR SHOWROOM.

 THERE ARE EXPECTIONS TO CERTAIN REMOTE AREAS SUCH AS HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND.PLEASE CHECK YOUR POSTAL COVERAGE BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER.

WE CAN ALSO POST ITEMS TO EUROPE, AND WE ONLY USE ROYAL MAIL SERVICES WITH PARCEL FORCE. DO CHECK WITH US WHAT THE EXTRA COST MIGHT BE AND IF YOU ARE WILLING TO GO THROUGH WITH IT.

If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver may leave a card and you may have to contact them to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available then the parcel will be returned to us. Please CHECK THE BOX AS WELL AS unpack and check all items before signing for them, we can not be held responsible for any items that have been signed for as ok and then later reported as damaged. We will not be held responsible NOR LIABLE for any losses incurred either direct or indirectly as a result of delayed OR MISSED deliveries of any items. Please note that we can only ship to PayPal verified addresses and which appears on your order. Please ensure your required delivery address is set up correctly on your PayPal account as we will not be responsible for deliveries to incorrect to different addresses.
